Recognition

 NBNP is a Member of Indian Botanic Garden Network, Lucknow.

 NBNP Garden has been recognized by the Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI), UK

 Government of India has granted exemption from IT under section 80G for donations made to NBNP.

 NBNP can also accept contributions under CSR funds from your organization which will also be exempt under Sec 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961.

Achievement of BGCI Project

 Establishment of arboretum for 77 species of NBR plants at the NBNP botanical garden. This will serve as gene pool for the RET species of the NBR

 Standardization of the nursery techniques for 22 species was studied in depth

 Establishment of an interpretation center at NBNP botanical garden and field demo on adaptive modification in plants for visitors
